13 NCAC 15 .0412             OVERLOADING AND OVERSPEEDING

An amusement device shall not be overcrowded, or loaded in excess of its carrying capacity; nor shall it be operated at an unsafe speed or at any speed beyond that recommended by the manufacturer.
